I owe this title to a missionary friend of mine, Frank Obdam. Frank has really inspired me to show how Jesus did not only turn the Kingdoms in the first century upside down, but that we as Christians understand very little of the Kingdom of God, if we do not understand the upside-down nature of it.
So, what am I talking about?
Jesus told his disciples clearly that his Kingdom was not from this world. To be able to really see the Kingdom we more often than not have to abandon our current perspective, and allow God to show us the full picture upside down.
This page will be devoted to the many instances in the Bible where worldly believes and wisdom are overturned to show the real power in God's Kingdom.
